Mrs Eleni Koutra is a post-doctoral researcher in the field of Environmental Biotechnology, at LBEET.
She holds a BSc in Biology (University of Patras, 2011) and an MSc in Ecology and Environmental Protection and Management (University of Patras, 2013) and a PhD (Department of Chemical Engineering Univeristy of Patras,2019). Her research is focused on bioremediation and valorization of anaerobic digestion effluents through use of microalgae. Other scientific interests of her include photosynthesis research and antimicrobial activity testing of synthesized agents. She had active participation in the LIFE+10 Project DAIRIUS, as well as in the LEONARDO DA VINCI Project DELOS.
